Our international fulfilment process has three key features: orientation, fine-tuning of processes and contact.

• Orientation
Through a joint process between you and our implementation managers we build up a detailed overview of all the actions required in the processing of your orders. This process flow is fully tailored to your needs. We then decide together what work you wish to continue to carry out, and what processes you want to outsource to us.

• Fine-tuning processes
We then structure the processes in question in such a way that they fit together seamlessly, with the aim of achieving maximum efficiency in processing the orders. This will enable you to real-time consult your stocks, order status and track & trace data.

• Contact
You can address all your questions to your dedicated project account manager. This contact person looks after your interests and is always aware of the current status of the logistical process. This project account manager also has the experience to be able to proactively advise you on improvements to the
day-to-day processes and any new processes to be created within the processing of the orders.
